Gabriella has been an active artist for over a decade in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. She received her degree in Anatomical Art from Indiana University while also studying medical sciences and studio art. She has experimented with many different mediums, 2D, 3D and digital. Her passion for art goes hand in hand with her drive to help others. After college she worked in the healthcare field for several years before transitioning into education. She currently teaches high school art and freelance services on the side.
The pull to create has been the one true magnetic force in my life.
Art has been there for me through my highs and many lows.
The one consistent lifeline.
I find the most influential art to me are the works that make me feel “held” and evoke a feeling of comfort. I aspire to create works that give others a sense of this solace.
I have felt increasingly compelled to create as the turmoil in the world around us increases. The escape art can give others through just imagery is fascinating to me. I use different mediums to depict the divine and human imagination.
I am currently teaching high school grade art classes as well as developing my art portfolio.
